Frequently asked questions

Which image formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG, HEIC (iPhone), WebP, GIF and BMP. If your browser can show it, it will almost certainly work.
Can I upload iPhone HEIC photos?
Yes. Upload them as they are, no conversion needed.
When does the free quota reset?
On the 1st of each month (Japan time, UTC+9). Failed photos are not counted.
What happens to my images?
They are deleted as soon as the result is returned. Never stored, never used for AI training.
Props next to the product stay in the picture
Everything in the foreground is kept. Photos that show only the product come out cleanest.
Are there photos that cannot be cut out?
Close-ups with no background, such as a fabric texture filling the whole frame.
What about hair, glass and lace?
Glass and thin chains usually come out fine. Check the result for hair and lace.
Can I retry a single failed photo?
Yes. “Retry” resends just that one.
